The subject of these general competition conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition Conditions") is the determination of binding rules on the basis of which competitions will take place on the Organizer's website in cooperation with the Partners.
The Organizer's relations with the Competitors are governed by these Competition Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Conditions"), unless otherwise provided by special conditions of the competition or the announcement of the competition placed on the Organizer's website.

Partner is a company that organizes a competition in cooperation with the Organizer.
Contestant is a person who participates in the competition by answering questions on the relevant website of the Organizer in accordance with the Competition Conditions.
The competition takes place at the time announced always on the page of the relevant competition on the Organizer's website. The final draw of the Competitors will take place on the day always announced on the page of the relevant competition on the Organizer's website, at the seat of the Organizer or the Partner of the competition.
Anyone who answers the competition questions, fills in all contact details and gives consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. becomes a competitor. on the protection of personal data.
IVITERA a.s. employees, sales representatives and collaborators may not participate in the competition.
Winners are announced after the competition. Winners receive prizes according to the current offer of the Organizer or Partner. The number of Winners of the competition is always announced in advance on the relevant competition page on the Organizer's website.
No prize guarantee. Neither the Organizer nor the Partner is responsible for defects or damage to the Prize item from the moment it is handed over. The Competitor understands this.
Prizes are distributed to the Competitors via e-mail or Czech Post, s.p. within 30 days of meeting the conditions for obtaining them. Neither the Organizer nor the Partner is responsible for non-collection of the prize within the deadline set by the Czech Post. The competitor is not entitled to resubmit the prize at the expense of the Organizer or Partner.
Winnings cannot be enforced in court.
The Contestant declares that he / she participates in the Contest voluntarily.
The competitor is obliged to provide complete and true contact details that are important for obtaining and sending the prize, and to give consent to the processing of personal data.
The Competitor is obliged to behave in such a way that there is no violation of the valid legal regulations of the Czech Republic and does not cause any harm to the Organizer, Partner or other Competitors.
Neither the Promoter nor the Partner shall be liable for any damages that the prize may cause to the Winner, or to other persons who come into contact with the prize.
The organizer reserves the right to suspend, change, terminate the Competition without giving reasons, in the event of serious unexpected events or events affected by force majeure. In such a case, the Competitor is not entitled to any compensation or settlement.
The Organizer does not bear any responsibility for any damage caused by failure of systems and software that do not originate in the intentional actions of the Organizer. In such a case, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend, change or terminate the competition without giving reasons. The competitor is not entitled to any compensation or settlement.
All data obtained from the Competitor are considered his personal and are protected under Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data. The competitor confirms that he understands in particular that the provision of data is voluntary and that he has the right to access it.
The Organizer undertakes that the personal data of the Competitors will not be passed on to any third party, with the exception of the Partner.
Competitors agree that the winners' data containing the first name, the first letter of the surname and the name of the company may be published on the web portals and social networks of the Organizer and the Partner. This data may be supplemented by an audiovisual recording.
Competitors hereby agree to receive information about new competitions and prizes, advertising messages of the Organizer and Partner.
These Competition Conditions are created in accordance with applicable laws and other legal regulations of the Czech Republic. The user confirms his participation in the competition that he has been acquainted with them in a demonstrable manner and undertakes to follow them.
The organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. In this case, the Organizer will announce the changes by notifying on its website.
These Terms and Conditions are valid from 1 January 2017.
