Ben Greeven in HR TV: HR technology makes us the owners of our personal career

Ben Greeven is the CEO of the Belgian company Thalento.

The interview was made on the 20th annual HR Know How Conference: Fairness, a Way to Prosperity held on May 24, 2017 in Prague by People Management Forum.

In his lecture entitled "Owners of Personal Careers", the Belgian speaker focused on the future of our careers. According to him, we will soon be all the owners of our own careers, and the choice of employers will take place automatically via the Internet based on our profiles.
