What makes a leader? What decides who will be professionally successful? Not many professional authorities can satisfactorily answer, but five of those who can will meet April 18, 2016 at Prague’s Hotel Grand Majestic Plaza. This unique conference called “Leaders Driven Forum” will present the best professionals in the line of HR management headed by the world renowned Robert Hogan.
This event – partners of which are AmCham Czech Republic and BCC Czech Republic, respectively – focuses on the topic of leadership and will pursue such key points as diversity in teams, happiness at work, digitalization and human analysis, and people as the most valuable asset for any successful company. This conference is unique opportunity for leaders, HR professionals and people interested in their own development, to draw inspiration from the best of the best in this line of work. Points of view of successful leaders of the Czech Republic will be combined with the outlooks of those far beyond its borders.
Robert Hogan, keynote speaker of this event, the spiritual father of professional psychodiagnostics and the founder of Hogan Assessment Systems, is deservedly the icon of business psychology. This international authority in personal psychodiagnostics, leadership and organizational efficiency, is the pioneer of the research of the downsides of personality, which have the potential to threaten so much more than the career of one individual. During the Leaders Driven Forum, he will open up about his vision of the future of leadership and will present the Judgement testing.
The topic of diversity in teams will be covered by Michaela Chaloupková, the Director of Central Purchasing Department of CEZ Group, the Head of Human Resources and the only woman to be elected to the Board of Directors of CEZ. Michaela Chaloupková started off at the position of Commercial Officer of Purchase and worked her way to the top. She is actively involved in dealing with the issues of Company Social Responsibility and the mentor in programs such as Odyssey and Together2grow, among others.
Milan Vašina started off as the manager of marketing communication in Deutsche Telekom. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of T-Mobile Czech Republic and Slovak Telekom, respectively. He possesses the wealth of experience in many lines of work and as such is the expert on leadership in changing times. “People as the most valuable asset” is Jan Sadil’s topic. Jan Sadil is the Chief Executive Officer of Hypoteční banka and the “Banker of the Year 2014.” As a former representative of the Czech Republic in canoeing, he sees a clear connection between sports and business.
Rostislav Benák’s conference contribution will follow the one of Robert Hogan, and he will be talking about how does it look when leaders are counting on data. Rostislav Benák has broad academic background in the areas of finance, psychology, psychotherapy, business economy and management, and even broader range of international experience in areas such as executive coaching and leadership development, among many others.
In 2001, he founded Assessment Systems, which since then branched into Europe, Africa and Asia, respectively, and through the Hogan Professional Psychodiagnostics continues to connect not only the speakers of this unique event, but also wide range of many other companies.
