Failure to create a safe working environment that supports good mental health means you are certain to lose out on a lot of quality talent. Talk openly about the topic of mental health at your company. Offer employees training on this issue and tools to address mental health issues.
The physical attributes of your work environment play a big role in how employees feel. Do not forget about plants, plenty of natural light, colour, or ergonomically designed work surfaces.
