Jochen Homann, the head of Germany's Federal Network Agency, has warned that the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline may not be able to start operations for several months. According to Homann, further steps still need to be fulfilled before a German-based subsidiary set up by Gazprom can be added to the local commercial register.
