Survey: Motivation of Czech ICT specialists

In June 2012, Hays recruitment agency addressed Czech ICT specialists from its database to complete a short survey concerning their motivation. 492 respondents answered the questions. It turned out that Czech ICT specialists most often find new jobs by directly addressing potential employers. Using a recruitment agency was the second most common way of finding jobs. Most interesting benefits for them include personal or professional growth, the possibility to work from home and extra vacation days. The leave their employers mostly because of finance.
