Germany's biggest bank, Deutsche Bank, began to actively look for older tech-savvy women. They are expected to help the bank change its corporate culture and restore its good reputation damaged by the financial crisis, Reuters informed.

Deutsche Bank's HR Director Stephan Leithner told Reuters that to restore confidence in the banking sector, trustworthy bankers are not enough. According to him, the banker of the future will be "more female, more international, older, more team oriented and more mobile, and needs to enjoy working with technology".

In 2011, 17 percent of women worked on senior-level management positions at Deutsche Bank. The bank wants to increase this number to 25 percent by 2018. It also wants the number of women on managerial positions generally to increase to 35 percent as well as to focus on recruiting older and more educated employees. For a career in Deutsche Bank, an increasingly important role will be played by the knowledge of modern technologies and the experience from international environment and more different parts of banks.
