Studies regularly show that there is much more bacteria on the desks than on the toilets. Therefore, pay attention to regular cleaning of your desk and hand hygiene. Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds ideally using an antibacterial soap or use antibacterial gels and wipes.
Limit physical contact
If there are people in your neighborhood who came into contact with the flu, try to keep away from them as far as possible. This applies to both your family members and coworkers.
Consider visiting your doctor
If you think that you might have the flu, try to call your doctor first. You will avoid the waiting room full of patients and germs. When you go there, try not to touch anything - e.g. the magazines that have gone through the hand of a lot of infected people.
If you are sick, don't go to the office
Stay home, rest and drink plenty of fluids. Try not to infect anyone else.
