Place them all over, in the hall, in the staff rooms, and on outdoor spaces used for employee relaxation.
Provide air conditioning and water
If you do not use air conditioning throughout the whole year, at least rent portable air conditioning units for the summer period. Provide employees with plenty of cooling drinks.
Hold summer competitions
Reward summer productivity with special summer prizes such as something cool to eat or drink, extra days off, vouchers for summer events, or various vacation items.
Provide summer survival packages
Equip workplaces with deodorants, tissues, peppermint candies and other useful things your people may need in the heat.
