That's the philosophy behind the latest functionality of the social network LinkedIn called LinkedIn Salary. It should help users from among recruiters and job seekers get a better overview of the salary conditions in different jobs and locations.
LinkedIn wants to exploit the potential of its more than 460 million users worldwide who are now being asked to provide data about their income.
The functionality is currently available to users in the US, Canada and United Kingdom. It should be launched globally in 2017.
