78% of companies consider the diversity of job candidates as a priority for improving their corporate culture and 62% as a priority for increasing their financial performance.
This trend is related to the increased availability of new recruitment tools that will make it easier to get to know the candidates. 52% of managers believe in the new tools. These include, in particular, online evaluation of the candidates' soft skills, job auditions, informal interviews, video interviews and the involvement of virtual reality.
For the purpose of recruitment, companies are interested in using data primarily to reduce employee fluctuation (56%), assessing skill gaps (50%), and creating better job offers (50%).
Artificial Intelligence tools help recruiters save time (67%), remove human prejudices from recruitment (43%), and find the most suitable candidates for vacancies (31%). AI tools are most helpful for them in sourcing, screening, and nurturing of candidates. Only 14% of respondents are afraid that they might lose their jobs due to robots.
