Due to the current situation on the job market, a shortage of experts, globalisation and favourable legislation, Czech companies are hiring more employees from abroad. Today's article will not discuss the legal and administration aspects of this issue; the focus will be on the general rules regarding recruitment of foreign employees, and especially on ways to facilitate their transition and prepare the whole process so that they can start working efficiently straightaway.
