Five signs at an interview that a candidate might not be completely honest

Every candidate tries to give the best possible impression during an interview. There is nothing unusual in candidates hiding their failures, being vague about topics they would rather not talk about, or tactically exaggerating their successes. It is the task of the recruiter to find out during the interview whether the candidate is being less than frank and the reality is slightly different than they claim. Here are five things that should not escape your attention: they show the candidate is trying to outwit you or that you should, at the very least, be on your guard.
