At the end of October 2011, professor Dave Ulrich, one of the world's most influential personalities in the field of human resource management and the author of the concept of HR Business Partnership, performed for the first time in the Czech Republic.
At a conference organized by the Institute for International Research called Dave Ulrich Live in Prague Ulrich introduced his model of values and competencies of HR work. He talked about how to transform practice in HR management so that it is in line with customer needs and forms an integral part of a company's ability to create value for employees, customers and investors.
