4. Lack of perseverance
People generally don't like changes. You should therefore not get deterred by negativists who don't agree with any change. Concentrate on winning the key leaders.
5. Lack of measuring progress
How can you know whether you have achieved changes in employee behavior if you didn't specify in advance what and how to measure?
6. Sleeping on your laurels
An initial success doesn't mean that you will be successful in the future as well. Maintaining exceptional corporate culture requires constant monitoring, measurement and improvement. Times are changing and your corporate culture should change accordingly.
