The Czech Automotive Industry Association (AutoSAP) reported a positive development in the number of employees in the sector and their wages in 2017. The number of employees in the 144 AutoSAP member companies rose by 5.8% year-on-year to 126,000. Their average monthly wage exceeded CZK 37,000, which is 30% more than the average wage in the Czech Republic.
