Four things candidates find most interesting in job offers

On the one hand it is true that the unemployment rate is the lowest in the last fifteen years and finding quality employees might be hard. On the other hand people feel that now is the best time to switch jobs and many of those currently employed are applying for job vacancies. But many job offers receive little response because they do not offer the information and benefits applicants require. What are the four things in job offers that most interest candidates nowadays?
