The structure and content of a quality cover letter

You do not learn much about a person from a CV as it has a fairly strictly given structure, there is not much improvisation involved and no individual “whims” are allowed. It is therefore often the cover letter that provides a better insight into the priorities of the candidate, how they communicate and their whole personality. Today we will look at what structure and content a well-written cover letter should have and what you as the recruiter can learn from its individual aspects and details.
