Four tasks for HR when healing a toxic working environment

How do you detect a toxic working environment? There are a number of signals, the most obvious of which include low retention of employees, frequent cases of burnout and low effectivity of work. The secondary effects of a toxic environment might be harassment, bullying, discrimination or unethical behaviour. If this unfavourable situation is present at your company, you as the HR department now have four important tasks to perform in order to solve the problem.
