An inspiring leader believes that every success has a higher purpose. His greatest motivation is the success of other people.
2. Tendency to give back
An inspiring leader feels the need to give his success back to the society. He is engaged in voluntary and charitable activities on a long term basis.
3. Gratitude
An inspiring leader is very grateful. He knows that his success is largely determined by chance and circumstances that he could not affect.
4. Values
An inspiring leader honors deep and long-term values. He does not expose the values opulently but has strong principles.
5. Empathy
An inspiring leader cares sbout people. He believes that the fortunate are obliged to help those less fortunate.
6. Teamwork
An inspiring leader does not appropriate the success of his team. He does not give up the responsibility for its mistakes either.
7. Positive energy
An inspiring leader spreads positive energy around. He gives others the feeling of joy of working together.
