The basic pillars of leadership

Today, when more and more people doubt the value of their leaders despite the fact that companies compete in  leadership development, we should recall the total bases of leadership. The fundamental leadership qualities that will never go out of fashion were summed up on the Harvard Business Review website.

Trust

Can your team members trust you to stand up for them in any situation? Only then they can have the courage necessary to come up with innovative ideas, take risks and leave the comfort of their stereotypes to achieve greater success.

Empathy

Do you know how to treat your subordinates as human beings, not just as employees? Have you seen how they behave and feel? The need to know that you are interested in them humanely is natural and legitimate.

Mentorship

Think about whether you would be where you are now if your previous superiors would not have shown you the right direction. Be the same example and mentor for your subordinates.
