Are your employees facing an increased risk of corruption? Then you probably train them how to recognize corruption and how to avoid it. Maybe you are looking for inspiration on how such a training should look like or you want to improve your existing training. In that case, let's have a look at the e-learning anti-corruption course published on the website the British branch of Transparency International.

The course entitled Doing Business Without Bribery was updated in June 2013 and is available for free for an unlimited number of users. It was created by leading experts in the field and should serve as a benchmark for corporate anti-corruption training programs to remain in accordance with the best standards in the filed.

The whole course begins with an explanation of the concept of corruption and goes on with real-life situations in which the users have to decide independently. The purpose is to understand the consequences of corruption and learn how to prevent and resist it.

The course is available for download also in the form of a presentation and a handbook for trainers.
