2) Get rid of stress

You can sing in the car or play a game which doesn´t require much thinking. Be sure you know all essential information.

3) Power pose

Two minutes before entering a room, do a power pose. Stretch out your arms and legs as far as they can go. It´s better to do it privately. You´ll feel more confidently thanks to the production of testosterone.

ENTERING

1) Don´t hesitate

Find out as much about company you are visiting as possible. It will build confidence.

2) Impress from the beginning

If you think that the first impression starts with speaking you´re wrong. It starts with entering a room. Try to make a good impression to everyone in the room not just those who are important to you.  Because you´ll be judge by reactions of those people too.

3) Smile

The most important non-verbal signals are facial expressions. You don´t need to have a huge grin, but but at least  smile, it will encourage others to communicate with you.

4) Body Posture

One mistake is hunching your back. If you want to look confident, straighten up.

5) Gesturing

When we are nervous, our gestures are limited. This limited movement expresses feelings of discomfort and shyness. So use the whole length of your arms. But don´t exaggerate.
