Hardships and betrayal: Don’t regret. Get ahead

Life is the longest journey you’ll ever take. Only death is longer than life. So until you face death, anything you deal with is temporary. Setbacks are a part of life, and they often teach us lessons. Many of us don't really learn lessons without having been through some troubles.

Reframe your subconscious to believe setbacks are short and life is long. You will see problems and struggles in different light. When you truly know it’s temporary, trials will be much easier to endure. The correct mindset is “I’ll get through this, it’s only temporary”. It's a game changer because it’s the mindset of the mentally tough.

Don’t cry – build momentum

It would be easier to give up and feel sorry for yourself. When you have encountered numerous disappointments and been hurt by the people who are closest to you, use your hardships as fuel to get farther than you have ever been before.

Next time you’re in a setback situation, think of it in a positive light. The faster you can find the trigger and get back on top of your game, the faster you’ll hit your highest momentum.

Adversity may make you stronger and more ready

When you deal with setbacks and pitfalls, convert the stress and tension that has piled up into momentum and determination. Once you locate a trigger, make a plan for what happens after it occurs. Plan to succeed.
