When you truly know it’s temporary, trials will be much easier to endure. The correct mindset is “I’ll get through this, it’s only temporary”. It's a game changer because it’s the mindset of the mentally tough.
Don’t cry – build momentum
It would be easier to give up and feel sorry for yourself. When you have encountered numerous disappointments and been hurt by the people who are closest to you, use your hardships as fuel to get farther than you have ever been before.
Next time you’re in a setback situation, think of it in a positive light. The faster you can find the trigger and get back on top of your game, the faster you’ll hit your highest momentum.
