Jump, guys!

Companies are looking for new ways for their teams to bond and improve employee morale. Almost everyone has already tried various team building programs focused on deepening trust between colleagues, such as go-karting and paintball. What else could you try? Let's get some inspiration from the UK. Trampolines are one of the latest trends in entertainment: co-workers jump together.

While there was only one trampoline center in the UK in 2014, today there are 96 and another 20 centers are being built, reported The Guardian. Entire trampoline parks as large as 50,000 sq ft. have been built in former warehouses and industrial locations. Trampolines in these centers are placed not only on the ground but also on the walls. In addition to jumping, people can also play volleyball and other ball games on trampolines.

Trampoline madness

Owners of trampoline centers confirm they have achieved great business success. The Oxygen center in west London, for example, has been profitable from day one and returned all the input costs to the owner within the first year. Four Gravity Trampoline Parks across the country are visited by 10,000 people a week. While it is questionable whether the increasing number of trampoline centers can survive in the future, corporate teams are now fighting for space with children - especially during the holidays. Even increased risk of accidents doesn't discourage them.

The first trampoline centers were in the USA. The first park was opened in Las Vegas in 2004. It's called Sky Zone and it currently has a turnover of  $ 240 million annually.
