Everyone can understand etiquette on their own, but there are certain basic rules that should be followed at all times.

2. Don't choose a restaurant close to you, but far away for the others.

6. Don't cancel business lunches at the last minute because you're busy.

7. Don't order food which is too time consuming to prepare.

8. Don't use your phone to call, send messages or anything else during the lunch.

9. Don't put down colleagues or anyone else. You never know who can hear you.

10. Don't deal with any bad news or unpleasant personal affairs of your guests (e.g. layoffs).
