Stop doing these 4 things and you will be more successful in life

What separates the successful from the rest? It's not origin, education, and in many cases, not even innate intelligence. Successful people have a different approach, both in life and at work.

Here are four things that you have to stop doing to get into the state of mind of a successful person.

Stop doubting yourself

According to the INC.com website, successful people are, above all, confident. Whatever they do, they believe in themselves and so they really are good. People who have doubts about themselves and automatically assume that they will fail in whatever they do can never achieve success.

Stop procrastinating

Many talented people are finished before they even begin, thanks to procrastination. Constantly postponing work and creative activities is currently a problem many people have, and if you don't learn to work relentlessly on a daily basis on achieving the individual goals, you'll end up in the legions of the unsuccessful.

Stop hiding in the status quo

Successful people have embraced change as their mantra and they keep on trying new things and processes. If you aren't able or willing to get out of your comfort zone, you can't expect success to just fall into your lap. The path to success is difficult and in many cases unpleasant, which is why not everybody can do it. Take this as an opportunity to distinguish yourself from the rest.

Stop making excuses

Take accountability for your own actions into your own hands. Everybody has the same conditions, all  people live in the same world. If it seems to you that circumstances are not in your favour, it's only due to your unpreparedness and lack of flexibility.

Don't use other people, dirty tricks, circumstances or lack of time as a pretext, and adjust yourself to the conditions that you have.
