No benefits
According to Entrepreneur.com, not every company can afford to pay employees high wages. However, they do all have the opportunity to (and they should) offer certain benefits, albeit non-financial. It should be clear that the company appreciates its employees.
Lack of promotion options
Advancement opportunity should be available to everybody. If someone works all the time knowing there is no chance of career advancement, in the long run this becomes very frustrating.
Bad relationships at the workplace
We spend a lot of time at work. In some cases it is even more than half the time we are awake. This is why it is unsustainable in the long run if the given worker has bad relations at the workplace with either management or colleagues.
Uncertainty
Is the company late in paying wages? Is its future or the future of the given department unclear? All this is perceived very deeply by employees. They seek stability, a firm base and security.
Boredom
Some people appreciate a job that is to the least possible extent varied or surprising. But most people in a boring job quickly start to feel so bored that it becomes unbearable. It is necessary that an employee continuously learn new things and get out of their routine.
