Would you like to be able to persuade others? Then just follow three simple rules

Why are some people able to impress those around them and others are not? How come some people have great persuasive skills? Reciprocity

When asking someone to do something, the best way to be successful is to describe the situation so the given person does not see it as a one-sided favour on their part, but rather as a balanced, reciprocal exchange. Offer something in return. So if you want an employee to perform better, offer them some training, promotion prospects or increased authority.

Clarity and transparency

Your requests and convictions must be expressed in clear and non-complicated ways and words. When trying to persuade someone of something, focus on one single main idea. Do not go into too much detail. The best way to make people around you enthusiastic about your ideas is to describe your vision in a clear and uncomplicated manner.

Confidence

You will never be able to win over team members or other people if you are not genuinely convinced your thinking processes and thoughts are correct. When communicating with others, you should emit sufficient self-confidence, which is why you must pay attention to your communication skills and own body language.
