Manual work
Manual work clears your head and relaxes you. Moreover, you might also have time to think about work matters, but differently than if you were at the office in front of a computer screen.
Helping others
A surprisingly effective way of boosting energy is a simple gesture of kindness towards someone around you. You might, for instance, buy breakfast or a cake for a colleague at work.
Exercise
Sports activities are a well-known, traditional remedy for a lack of energy. Whatever you enjoy, be it running, weightlifting, climbing or exercising at home, engage in this activity at least every other day.
Fluids
The human body is 75% water. One of the symptoms of a long-term lack of water is exhaustion. So pay attention to your liquid intake.
Relaxation and vacation
When was the last time you had a vacation when you really turned off all your phones and computers?
Change in routine
Annoyance and exhaustion often have their roots in routine. Break the routine by doing something new.
Social activities
When was the last time you saw a group of close friends? When was the last time you had a party at your place?
Regular rituals
Make the above-mentioned activities into a system, and do them on a regular basis.
