Study: Over 85% of top Czech managers view the atmosphere in their companies positively

More than 85% of senior executives in the Czech Republic consider the atmosphere in their companies positive. Nevertheless, over 70% of them would be willing to move for work opportunities to Western Europe and only 10% less to North America.

That is the main finding of the Stanton Chase 1000 CEO Survey 2012 taken among top managers in the Czech Republic. The survey was conducted by Stanton Chase International, one of the largest providers of executive search services.

According to the survey, a satisfied CEO is almost in 80% of the cases the one who with opportunities for personal growth. More than 60% of top managers appreciate high level of autonomy. Over 50% of top managers should consider a career change. 60% of CEOs would consider relocating for jobs. Almost 85% of them get informed about work opportunities through personal contacts and over 50% have some experience of using direct search services.
