Organizations with decentralized teams whose members are used to working remotely using mobile devices are in the best position to include social media in their projects.
Is your current communication platform effective?
If you are looking for improvement opportunities, definitely consider including social media. But it is unnecessary to implement an innovation just for the sake of implementing something new.
Is your organization open to changes?
Consider all of the risks associated with risk management.
