Many conflicts arise because of inadequate communication and a lack of interest in understanding each other. If something seems strage to you, ask for details first.
7. Don't agree with everything
Your boss doesn't expect you to agree with him all the time. If you nod to everything, it will harm you sooner or later.
If you have already tried all the above steps and still disagree with your boss, do what he says, or leave.
