All of us know how annoying it is to let someone go. Particularly annoying is the situation when a team member performs his duties very well, but despite all sorts of training and warnings, his behavior still drives all the people around him crazy. Many managers are avoiding layoffs even in such cases. Then, however, comes a paradoxical situation. When the manager finally says goodbye to the employee, he suddenly can't understand why he didn't do that long ago. He looks around himself and sees that the former employee's behavior has strongly influenced the performance and morale of the other team members.

How can this be prevented? According to the business server entrepreneur.com, there are the following three types of employees you should say goodbye to as soon as possible.

1. The privileged

Maybe you have a person in your team who maintains special relations with someone very influential in your company and abuses this position of his to bully others or to acquire various special advantages. You should beware of each subordinate who abuses his or her authority. Once you begin to see your people's increasing dissatisfaction with a privileged member of the team, it is necessary to act.

2. Provocateurs

Don't ignore a subordinate who confronts his colleagues using gossip and rumors. You can usually find him in the center of your office dramatic events. He participate in all the arguments watching them with interest. His arguments are often so weak that you think you can shrug them off, but try to take a closer look at how the other employees are reacting. They are at least constantly distracted from their work.

3. Rebels

Neither training nor your appeals and threats will force this type of employee to behave according to the rules. The rebels are those who will never wear a helmet on a building site, they will never follow your rules of communication with customers and they will never stop from making decisions they are not allowed to make. You have certainly known for a long time that they can't stay. What are you waiting for?
