Even if you have more experience, you should not make your younger colleagues feel inferior. Respect them and give them a chance to show what's in them.
Do not worry
The arrival of a younger colleague does not necessarily mean that you will lose your job. When you perceive your younger colleagues as a threat, it will only destroy your relationships.
Offer help
Be friendly and offer your young colleagues that they can turn to you for advice. Be careful, however, not to force them to follow your advice.
Do not avoid them
Show that you are interested in good relationships. Have a chat over lunch or go somewhere together after work.
learn from each other
Take working with young people as an opportunity to learn something new. Just as you can offer something to them, they can enrich you.
