How to recognise a stupid leader? They are those with big egos who do not need any supporters as they are firmly convinced of their own uniqueness. Moreover, they display other stupid behaviour that makes people shun them and ultimately leads to their failure as leaders. Selective memory

Stupid leaders remember only what went well and made them look good. They ignore failures and are unable to learn from mistakes. They forget important details.

Appropriation of others' successes

Stupid leaders rely on publicity. They regularly present the successes of their team as their own accomplishments. Indeed, if it weren't for their great leadership, the team would have never achieved anything. They can speak about their success engagingly and never miss any opportunity to flaunt their success in others' faces.

Searching for culprits

Stupid leaders see problems as opportunities to point a finger at others' mistakes. They identify a specific name behind every mistake and do not hesitate to say it out loud. They do not realise they themselves are responsible for the results of the team.

Rejecting new ideas and different opinions

Stupid leaders do not discuss with anyone who sees things differently than they themselves. Anyone who disagrees with them is an enemy and has to be publicly labelled as incompetent or immoral.

Breaking promises

Stupid leaders often only speak but do not act. What they say causes a series of misunderstandings and a gradual loss of all confidence in the leader.
