If you must implement a decision you consider really bad or unethical, talk to the people who made it. Most superiors will listen to you. However, you must know how to express your disagreement properly. Say you would like to learn more about the purpose of the decision. You may also say that you have some questions and would like to talk about major potential consequences. If your superior do not listen to you and repeatedly refuse to discuss your opinions, consider whether or not it would be better for you to develop your leadership skills somewhere else.
