PitchMe is a recruitment platform that uses profiling skills and algorithms rather than resumes to assign ideal candidates to professions. In addition to being an expert in the recruitment industry, Bayasanova also mentors entrepreneurs at the Exeter Entrepreneurship Society and describes herself as an advocate of innovation and technology for HR and education. Prior to founding PitchMe, Bayasanova worked as a project manager at Zurich Investment Services and the global consulting firm Oxford International Centre.

Jag Singh calls himself "one of the most active angel investors in Europe" and seeks to invest in high-growth startups in Europe and the United States. He is also the executive director of Techstars Berlin for Entrepreneurs, an accelerator that offers investment, innovation and networking opportunities. Techstars Berlin has a portfolio of more than 2,000 entrepreneurs and eight startups. As an entrepreneur, Singh himself knows the market very well as he has built four companies from scratch. He is also a consultant and mentor of technology startups in the UK. Prior to joining Entrepreneurship and Innovation, he spent over a decade working in politics in the UK and US, helping to implement policy strategies and campaigns for politicians and brands globally.
Nadine Khouzam, CEO, CodeNPlay
Nadine Khouzam is a former goalkeeper of the Belgian national field hockey team and participated in the 2012 London Olympics. In 2017, she founded the non-profit organisation CodeNPlay, which teaches children aged 6 to 12 to code robots and devices. The Brussels-based CodeNPlay also works with local primary schools to train teachers in computational thinking and programming logic. In addition to her own business, Khouzam works as a data analyst on Facebook. She is passionate about social inclusion and the fight against the deepening digital divide. Khouzam is also a global formator of the World Economic Forum.
