This practice is essential for maintaining morale and productivity. Be aware that your mood and attitude affect the work atmosphere much more than you may think.

Educate yourself and be open to new ideas

A manager who never stops learning grows along with their team. Establish a routine for your own learning, whether it be reading professional books, attending seminars or following trends in your industry. Also be open to new ideas and innovations, even if they come from your subordinates.
