  4. If possible, help them get more business.
  5. Share any information that could help them.
  6. Tell them about the latest industry trends and information about competitors.
  7. Research their industry.
  8. Provide your contact information, even your mobile number.
  9. Clearly indicate that you are willing to do something extra for them if necessary.
  10. Make a system for collecting and sorting information about clients.
  11. Try to always add value, even when the customer is satisfied. Listen well to learn what really has value for them.
  12. Ask customers about their products, new people, branches, etc.
  13. Let them know there is a door open for them. Tell them about your company's plans, what is being prepared, what services you are planning to provide, etc.
