A survey conducted by Google among smart phones users came with a clear message: If you don't have websites customized for mobile devices, you are losing customers. Even those who you considered to be loyal.

50% of mobile device users reported that even though they like the company, they will turn to it less frequently if their website is not customized for mobile. Another 48% said even worse: If a website didn't work well on a mobile phone, they felt they were not important to the company.

As you can see, it is not advisable to wait with modifications of this sort. It could cost you too much.
