Does it sometimes happen that you are you dealing with a business prospect, which seems promising, but the client suddenly stops communicating? The server Inc.com shows how to make client respond again.

1) Hand-written message

Have you sent lots of e-mails, but haven´t received a response? Try to send a short, hand-written letter. Not many businessman use it. Be different. The chance of getting a response will be higher.

2) Connect boldness with humbleness

With a bit of boldness you express that you have other things to do than chase around a client who doesn't respond. On the other hand, with humbleness you show that you understand you aren´t everyone´s first priority.

"I understand you are very busy. I am as well. I am sorry for impasse. Can I do anything to move us forward? Or is our deal over?"

By pointing out that you are busy as well, you express a bit of boldness. Then you apologize, which is humble. You end by saying, that the deal may end, which is bold again.

3) Move on

Still no response? It´s time to move on. There are plenty of opportunities around you, so there´s no reason to stay at one place. Before you move on, make it clear to your prospect, that you understand the conversation is definitely over.  Then thank them.
