There is frequent discussion about the so-called millennials, i.e. people aged 20-30 who spent their childhood immediately prior to or after the beginning of the new millennium. Those in parts of Central and Eastern Europe did not experience totalitarian regimes and their view of the world is a little different from the older generations. These young people now form a large proportion of the workforce in the Czech Republic and the sales sector is no exception in this sense. How should you work with the young people in your sales team and how should they be motivated so that they produce the best possible results?
