A sales cycle is the path from point A to point Z, where point A is the initial approach to the prospect and point Z is the close. The sales cycle has several phases, and each phase is marked with a checkpoint. Something can go wrong at each of these points, and you must perfect your sales skills in order to make these seven checkpoints as good as possible.
