As a leader of a business team you must learn to accept change

If you aren't flexible and able to adjust to today's turbulent world, you won't survive. Radical changes in technology, client expectations and the ways teams work mean that business people and managers must keep learning at all times, and if they aren't flexible, they'll fall behind. This applies even more to business team leaders who have to create long-term visions for their group and must be ahead of the game at all times.
