A new way to think about your morning routine

The topic of morning routines has been covered by many professional, and not-so-professional, articles. They usually agree on the fact that the way you get ready for the new day to a large extent influences the whole outcome. Many mentors advise meditating in the morning, taking cold showers or relaxing. Despite all this positive advice, mornings are difficult for most of us. Getting up early is simply unpleasant and advice to relax and meditate are not helpful if you need to get kids to school in the morning, fight the morning rush hour and cope with many small tasks before you even get to work. In this article, we will try to show you a new and realistic way to think about morning routines.
