Robots will not replace a human in customer service, nor will a pandemic change that

In recent months, the market has seen a huge increase in the use of digital and automated customer service channels. The conclusions of a number of studies show that this trend may have an accelerating tendency, but human contact with the customer is unlikely to be replaced.
