„Decision-maker" is a term that refers to a person who is capable of making decisions. In business, this term refers to the person, usually a representative of the client, who has sufficient authority to make a decision on a proposed deal. As a salesperson, you should always try to talk to the „decision-maker", so that you are dealing with someone who has the authority to actually accept your offer.
