In December 2011, a research was conducted among SEO consultants and agencies focused on web design, marketing and search engine optimization. It was realized by a research company SEOmoz based in Seattle.
Out of more than 600 responses, only 490 were udes in the research because the research followed the rule to count only responses from regions with more than 10 responses. In the table below you can see the number of responses by region.

Hourly rate
The price charged per hour of SEO work in different countries vary, but we can say that the most common price provided by the research participants ranges from $ 76 to $ 200 (ie. about 1,520 CZK to 4,000 CZK per hour).
Note: Only in India there is the largest number of agencies that work with an hourly rate under $ 25 (approx. 500 CZK/hour).
Price for SEO project
Payment for the project is a popular method of payment for SEO services, 70.1% of respondents offer their clients this payment method. And what are the prices for the implementation of SEO projects in the U.S., UK, Germany, France, Italy, Holland, Canada, India, Australia and New Zealand? 43% of consulting companies reported these 4 price ranges:

1,001 to 1,500 $ (about 20,001 CZK to 30,000 CZK)

Of course, it is a large range of price levels, which is due to the diversity, complexity and variety of services in these projects. "Based on my consulting practice, I can confirm that these prices are normal in the Czech Republic for investment in SEO projects," says Jan Vavřička, a Czech marketing specialist.
