From now on, the fashion industry will not only teach us how to dress better. Apparently it will provide inspiration even in recipes for success on Facebook. It is this sector which takes the absolute lead on Facebook in the number of interactions, ie liking, commenting and sharing combined.
Second and third place are occupied by the automotive industry and e-commerce. Especially in the number of comments, however, they lagged far behind fashion.
However, if we look at sharing posts, the situation changes. Three completely different industries come to play lead by fast moving goods. The overall winner in the number of shares is the FMCG sector. The second place is taken by the non-profit organizations closely followed by travel industry in the third place.
The company Socialbakers measured 5,000 Facebook users for a month in late July and beginning of August 2013.
